Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls and engage with potential clients to identify their financial needs.
- Present and recommend suitable financial products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends and financial products to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive speaking tone.
- Strong target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driving license and own transportation (advantageous for client visits).
- Willingness to learn and undergo intensive training programs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
