Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers to promote our consumer finance products.
- Conduct professional sales presentations to explain features, benefits, and application processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current financial products and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries with professionalism.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance market presence in the Laguna region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Driven by targets and results-oriented with a proactive 'hunter' mindset.
- Previous experience in field sales, credit, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
- Proficient in both English and Filipino; able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Highly organized, energetic, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
