- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Present product demonstrations and conduct effective sales presentations
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in FMCG sales or related industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driving license and willingness for field visits
