In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building strong relationships with our retail partners, driving product availability, and ensuring our market presence remains dominant.

You will play a pivotal role in achieving regional sales targets by executing effective field operations, maintaining consistent store visits, and managing end-to-end sales processes. We are looking for an individual who is not only target-oriented but also skilled in resolving client concerns and managing receivables efficiently. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing retail clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and revenue targets set by management.
  • Conduct regular field visits to store outlets to ensure product visibility and shelf share.
  • Execute New Outlet Opening (NOO) strategies to expand the company's distribution footprint.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Monitor market activities and competitor presence, reporting findings directly to the Branch Manager.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and adherence to company operational policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, ideally within the FMCG or retail distribution industry.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep understanding of the Madiun area and local retail trade dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Target-driven mindset with a commitment to high-performance work standards.
