Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing retail clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to monitor product availability and shelf visibility.
- Manage the New Outlet Opening (NOO) process to expand our distribution network effectively.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and management of outstanding invoices from clients.
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and any operational issues to the management team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily reports as per company standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven work experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficiency in local market dynamics in the Purwokerto area.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a professional attitude toward client relations.
