Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within the FMCG/Cosmetics sector.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Jakarta market.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits persuasively to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and sales volume.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in a Sales Executive or similar role, specifically within the FMCG or Cosmetics industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer market, particularly in Jakarta Raya.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
