Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for FMCG products in Bandung territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and sales trends
- Present product demonstrations and promotional campaigns to retail partners
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional activities and product launches
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or retail distribution
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Deep knowledge of Bandung market and retail landscape
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within Bandung area
