Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Food & Beverage manufacturing sector
- Present konjac ingredient solutions to key decision-makers at manufacturing plants
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Indonesia
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic pipeline management
- Conduct market research to identify emerging F&B trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with product development team to align solutions with market demands
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Science
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in F&B industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
