Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in food service, retail, and distribution channels
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the F&B industry
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective territory management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and brand initiatives
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through responsive after-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's F&B market landscape
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
