  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for our food ingredients within the designated territory.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities, effectively converting leads into successful and long-term client partnerships.
  • Build and maintain robust, lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in the food manufacturing and foodservice sectors.
  • Accurately assess customer needs and continuously monitor market trends to effectively recommend and present optimal food ingredient solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations, practical demonstrations, and in-depth technical discussions with clients to showcase product value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and terms to successfully close sales and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor market competitors, industry developments, and new product innovations to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive regular sales reports, accurate forecasts, and insightful analyses to track performance and inform strategic business decisions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, specifically within the food ingredients or food processing industry.
  • Strong understanding of various food ingredients, their functional applications, and prevailing market dynamics.
