Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the food distribution and retail sector in Jakarta Raya.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospective distributors.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and local market demands.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery to clients.
- Provide constructive feedback on product performance and market positioning to the marketing and product development teams.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our food products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or Food Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and a personal vehicle for client visits.
- Self-motivated, highly energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
