- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hotels, restaurants, and food service establishments across Bali
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through targeted prospecting
- Present company products and solutions to key decision-makers in the food service industry
- Prepare and execute customized sales strategies aligned with client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with supply chain and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify competitive advantages
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in food service, hospitality, or FMCG sector
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Deep understanding of Bali's hospitality and food service market landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
