Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in food services and hospitality sectors
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with strategic planning
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in food services or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of Surabaya's local F&B market landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
