- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in aquaculture and fishery sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and institutional clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns for Aqua products
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, customer feedback, and sales forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Aquaculture/Fishery Science
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG or agriculture sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Deep understanding of Indonesian aquaculture supply chain dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
