Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new leads within the industrial, warehouse, and logistics sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and market analysis updates.
- Provide technical consultation regarding forklift specifications to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with the service and delivery teams to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial sales, equipment leasing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for client visits.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all management levels.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
