Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base within the freight division.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international freight forwarding, including sea, air, and land logistics.
  • Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and tailored logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in alignment with company policies and market rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of freight operations, documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
