As we continue to strengthen our presence in the key maritime hub of Port Klang, we are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Executive – Freight Division to fuel our next phase of growth.

You will be responsible for proactively generating new business, building a robust sales pipeline, and nurturing long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients. Your core focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle, including cold calling, client meetings, negotiation, and closure. Additionally, you will work closely with our internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports will be crucial to tracking your success and identifying market trends.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base within the freight division.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international freight forwarding, including sea, air, and land logistics.
- Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in alignment with company policies and market rates.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight operations, documentation, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Own transport and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
