Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and customized logistics solutions.
- Negotiate service contracts and ensure alignment with company profit margins.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity forecasts for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- At least 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be based in or willing to be placed in Surabaya.
