Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in freight forwarding services.
  • Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and quotation to final conversion and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and logistics proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery for your clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, shipping routes, and basic logistics operations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
