Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively prospect and acquire new clients within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on shipping, transportation, and logistics solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and logistics execution.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
