- Identify and prospect new clients across various industries to expand freight forwarding services
- Develop customized logistics solutions addressing clients' international shipping needs
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals with competitive pricing structures
- Manage entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service reviews
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to analyze logistics requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
