Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our freight forwarding footprint in US markets.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts focusing on FOB and multimodal shipping requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the logistics industry.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales (Air, Ocean, Road).
  • Demonstrated expertise in FOB sales and deep knowledge of US trade lanes and international shipping regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth, fast-paced sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
