Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking events.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or any related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a hunger for success.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possess own transportation and willingness to travel within the Klang Valley.
- Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
