Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the fresh produce industry? PT Mulia Raya Agrijaya is currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya.
In this role, you will be the face of our premium fruit brand, responsible for expanding our market presence and securing new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who excels at relationship management and understands the fast-paced nature of the agricultural and retail supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth for our fruit product lines.
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in the retail and food service sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term, profitable relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Represent PT Mulia Raya Agrijaya in negotiations to ensure favorable terms and contract closures.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, volume, and revenue forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably within the FMCG, fresh produce, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed performance KPIs.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta market and local distribution networks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
