Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business leads including brands, sellers, and MSMEs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure and onboarding.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting using our internal CRM.
  • Collaborate with the operations and product teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian MSME and e-commerce landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
  • High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
