Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new B2B clients in industrial sectors requiring gas detection solutions
- Present and demonstrate gas detector products to key decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territories
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive product solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or safety technology
- Proven track record meeting sales targets in previous roles
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively across Surabaya, Balikpapan, and Jakarta
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of gas detection systems or industrial safety standards is advantageous
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
