Join Jebsen & Jessen as a Sales Executive (GOLF) and drive transformative growth in our Turf & Irrigation division. This pivotal role focuses on expanding Parts & Service sales while strategically achieving company targets in Indonesia's dynamic golf and turf management market. You'll leverage industry expertise to build lasting client relationships, identify new revenue streams, and position Jebsen & Jessen as a market leader in golf course maintenance solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Parts & Service sales growth in the Turf & Irrigation division
- Develop and maintain relationships with golf course operators, superintendents, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Jakarta Raya
- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions for turf management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in turf/golf equipment or irrigation
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices is highly desirable
