Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct sales activities to acquire new merchant partners for GoPay products.
- Present and demonstrate GoPay solutions to business owners, highlighting key benefits such as seamless transactions and digital growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing merchants.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities within the target region.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Fintech industry or digital payment solutions is a plus.
- Valid ID card and willing to work in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya.
- High level of professionalism and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
