Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and acquire potential new merchants within the designated Bekasi area.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of GoPay payment solutions to business owners.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants, including account setup and verification.
- Actively manage and expand your merchant pipeline to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with local business owners to ensure long-term merchant satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and acquisition progress to the team lead.
- Keep updated on GoPay product features, promotions, and competitive market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or retail acquisition (fintech experience is highly preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Own a personal motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license (SIM C).
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Bekasi and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities efficiently.
