Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new merchant leads within the Denpasar area.
- Execute direct sales strategies to onboard new merchants to the GoPay platform.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations to business owners, highlighting the benefits of digital payments.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads to ensure monthly acquisition targets are exceeded.
- Provide comprehensive education and training to merchants on platform usage and operational processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports regarding sales activities and market feedback.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high activation rates and merchant satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in field sales, direct selling, or merchant acquisition is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse business owners.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Denpasar, Bali.
- Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field visits effectively.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required for field operations.
- Familiarity with digital payment apps and basic mobile technology.
