Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Gopay adoption and transaction volume among retail merchants
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored payment solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Explain Gopay features, benefits, and integration processes
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant issues
- Report sales activities and market insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail or fintech
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems (Gopay preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English literacy
- Valid SIM C with reliable transportation
