Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking a high-performing, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Makati City. As a specialist in the government and public sector space, you will play a critical role in navigating complex procurement processes and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within government agencies and public sector departments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Navigate complex public procurement processes, including bidding, RFPs, and tender documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with government stakeholders and key procurement officers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with government compliance and standards.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting public sector procurement.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals tailored to public sector needs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) or corporate sales.
- Solid understanding of the Philippine government procurement process (RA 9184) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers at various levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales culture.
