- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualifying prospects to closing high-value deals.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue growth.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead of market trends.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or in a similar revenue-generating role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- A results-oriented mindset with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
