Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales of postpartum care packages
- Provide exceptional guest services as a concierge, anticipating and fulfilling client needs
- Conduct tours of the facility and present our premium services to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, guest relations, or concierge services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in both English and Korean (preferred for Korean clientele)
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
