We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be the face of Dekkson, representing our premium hardware products to diverse clients. You will be responsible for building strong professional relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our market presence remains dominant. We provide a collaborative work environment where your effort is directly tied to your professional growth and success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Actively prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers in the hardware sector.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and quality of Dekkson hardware solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service post-sale.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract closings professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hardware, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for client visits.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
