Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the healthcare and retail sectors (clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, health food stores).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and retail staff.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and roadshows.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the health supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG health industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin is highly advantageous).
  • Willing to travel extensively within the Klang Valley and Selangor region.
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and genuinely passionate about health and wellness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
