Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and map out potential geographic areas for BPJS participant acquisition.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential participants and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
- Educate the public and potential partners on the benefits and registration process of BPJS services.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and conversion outcomes.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local community leaders and healthcare facilities.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to the management team.
- Represent Impact Power Mandiri with professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field promotion, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with the Jakarta Barat region and local community dynamics.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal transport.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing field activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
