Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the heavy equipment sector
- Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to drive business growth
- Present product demonstrations and provide detailed information on heavy equipment specifications and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in Kalimantan Timur
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer service and post-sale support
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or machinery industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within Kalimantan Timur as required
