In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. We are looking for a motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of our high-quality equipment to construction companies, logistics firms, and industrial operators. Your success will directly contribute to our company’s expansion in the region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients within the local construction, logistics, and manufacturing industries.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of trucks, forklifts, and heavy equipment.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals and secure contracts with confidence.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of sales activities and interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases to provide expert advice.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the automotive, construction equipment, or heavy machinery sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
