- Implement and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch targets.
- Conduct regular client visits and manage key accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Perform doctor coverage and product presentations to promote Hi-Precision Diagnostics services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with healthcare providers and potential clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing clients to maximize revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical, laboratory, or diagnostics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and doctor visits.
