Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage relationships with high-level executives and Asian business leaders.
- Execute a proactive sales strategy to generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and cold outreach to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the editorial and events teams to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using CRM tools for effective reporting and forecasting.
- Develop deep industry knowledge to position our services as the gold standard in the market.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales or high-end consultative selling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Strong resilience, self-motivation, and a hunger for hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Proficiency in English; ability to speak additional Asian languages is a distinct advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value leads simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
