We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our professional team in Kampong Ubi.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping homeowners and interior designers transform their spaces through personalized consultation. You will go beyond simple selling; you will become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through our extensive product range, explaining technical features, and ensuring every solution is perfectly tailored to their aesthetic and functional requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to identify their specific home furnishing needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits of our premium range.
- Conduct professional site consultations and accurate site measurements where necessary.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final order confirmation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless installation and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends in home décor and competitor offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, interior design consultancy, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a flair for aesthetic design.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support retail operations.
