We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio encompassing premium FMCG products, professional-grade Kitchen Equipment, and advanced Cooling Machines.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline within the HORECA sector, focusing on hotels, restaurants, cafes, and institutional catering.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for FMCG, kitchen equipment, and cooling machine product lines.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activities in the Tangerang region.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, effectively communicating product value.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements that align with company objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using the company CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and generate referrals.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any related field (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the FMCG, Kitchen Equipment, and/or Cooling Machine industries.
  • Proven track record of success in the HORECA sector with a strong existing network of clients in the Tangerang / Greater Jakarta area.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Must possess own vehicle and a valid SIM A or SIM C; willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
