- Develop and execute sales strategies for wine products across HORECA channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel, restaurant, and café clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and address needs
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and events
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in HORECA or F&B industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within Bali's hospitality sector
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of wine products and market trends
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
