Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new client leads in the event, hospitality, and entertainment sectors
- Specialize in securing partnerships for playground activations and pop-up events
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client opportunities
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients through compelling pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with event production teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in event, hospitality, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Indonesian event market and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
