You will collaborate closely with our application and R&D teams to present cutting-edge products to key decision-makers. Your deep understanding of market trends, cost optimization, and food service operations will be crucial in positioning Kerry as the partner of choice.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the Hospitality & Tourism sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with key accounts including hotels, high-end restaurants, cafes, and QSR chains.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits, product presentations, and technical support.
- Collaborate with the culinary and application teams to customize product solutions and conduct on-site trials for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline through CRM systems.
- Represent Kerry Group at industry trade shows, networking events, and client functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the food ingredients, FMCG, or hospitality supply industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong network within the Malaysian hospitality, F&B, and culinary industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (fluency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Klang Valley and occasionally across Malaysia.
