Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hotel properties.
  • Identify and prospect new corporate and leisure clients to expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, travel agents, and corporate partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to senior management to track performance and identify trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support international operations and regional sales initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage due to our international presence).
