Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hotel properties.
- Identify and prospect new corporate and leisure clients to expand our market share.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services.
- Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to senior management to track performance and identify trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support international operations and regional sales initiatives.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage due to our international presence).
