Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality, MICE, and venue sectors.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events and industry functions to expand professional networks and generate new business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales, with a strong preference for candidates in Hospitality, MICE, or Venue Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License is an added advantage for client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is an asset for client engagement.
