Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Bali's hospitality sector, targeting hotels, villas, and property management companies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Present and promote the company's comprehensive hospitality outsourcing services
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality or B2B services
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous
- Deep understanding of Bali's hospitality market and key industry players
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in teams
