Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indonesian travel agents and tour operators specializing in Umrah packages
- Drive sales of premium hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah through targeted outreach and negotiations
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high client satisfaction standards
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends in Indonesian Umrah travel
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and contracts tailored to partner requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for pilgrim groups
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality
- Strong network within Indonesian travel industry (agents, tour operators) highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Deep understanding of Umrah travel market and cultural considerations for Indonesian pilgrims
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
