Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for hospitality? Raka Residence is looking for a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the face of our property, responsible for driving revenue by showcasing our premium accommodation and bespoke wedding packages.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building client relationships, and has a proven ability to convert leads into bookings. Whether you are assisting guests with their accommodation needs or coordinating the details of a dream wedding, your goal is to provide exceptional service that keeps our guests coming back. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to increase room occupancy and event bookings.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes for wedding packages, including site tours, consultations, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding Raka Residence facilities and services.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sold services and guest satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report weekly to management.
  • Participate in networking events and local marketing initiatives to boost brand presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and social media tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by client demand.
