In this role, you will be the face of our property, responsible for driving revenue by showcasing our premium accommodation and bespoke wedding packages.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to increase room occupancy and event bookings.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes for wedding packages, including site tours, consultations, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding Raka Residence facilities and services.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sold services and guest satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and report weekly to management.
- Participate in networking events and local marketing initiatives to boost brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and social media tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by client demand.
